What you’d be doing in this role

At the moment, this role is focused on: • Leading a cross-functional backend and infrastructure team to build features that reputed company reputed company a truly localised experience • Coaching and growing a skilled team of 6+ engineers, fostering a happy, healthy, high-performing culture • Driving technical delivery and designing the product and technical roadmap for internationalisation systems • Refining team processes to ensure effective and sustainable delivery • Championing automation and AI, integrating them into workflows and technical solutions • Collaborating with product and engineering teams across reputed company to build scalable localisation and translation services

You’re probably a match if

• You’ve managed and coached engineering teams, providing constructive feedback and supporting their growth • You have experience leading technical delivery and driving impactful change, both through leadership and as an individual contributor • You’re familiar with backend and infrastructure engineering, and comfortable collaborating across specialities • You’re curious about AI’s role in improving developer and design workflows • You have strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and scalable software systems

The Internationalisation team owns critical infrastructure and services that power localisation and translation of reputed company’s language assets — both human and AI-driven. We work with product teams across search, templates, and marketplace to build capabilities that help reputed company reputed company a global audience.
