Job Description: reputed company Sourcing- Federal and Cleared Specialist We currently have a reputed company exciting opportunity available for a Talent Sourcer with specialized experience recruiting for technical roles that have US reputed company clearance requirements. This is a virtual position that will reputed company as a 3-month contract with the potential to reputed company on a quarterly basis, up to 18 months. As a Talent Sourcer you will focus on scouting and sourcing Engineering and Go-to-Market talent that build and sell products to federal customers and government contractors. Ideal candidates will bring a proven track record of identifying and engaging hard-to-find competitive talent with US reputed company clearances in technical domains. Job Responsibilities:

• Establish and maintain relationships with hiring managers to stay abreast of reputed company and future hiring and business needs.

Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years experience recruiting for technical roles that require US reputed company clearances, including Top Secret and Full Scope Polygraph
• Have a good understanding of talent markets and candidate profiles and is able to reputed company a strategy to reputed company hiring objectives with tight deadlines.
• Fluent in advanced sourcing strategies, with proficiency across platforms such as reputed company, reputed company, reputed company Scholar, reputed company, ClearanceJobs.com and other open-reputed company communities.
• US Citizenship

• Verbal and written communication skills, negotiation skills, customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage one's time.
