Remote Closing Drains Dispatcher
Are you interested in working for a 5-star company? TE Certified, LLC is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Home Services Dispatcher to join our growing team. In this position, you will play a critical role in ensuring exceptional customer service by reputed company scheduling and dispatching qualified technicians to service requests. You will also provide support to other dispatchers, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment. This is a remote position, with required evening ability. Responsibilities:
- Receive and prioritize customer service requests for various home services (main focus in plumbing)
- Schedule and reputed company qualified technicians based on skillset, availability, and job urgency
- Communicate effectively with customers and technicians, ensuring clear and timely updates
- Maintain accurate records of reputed company dispatched jobs and customer interactions
- Monitor technician performance and provide feedback for reputed company improvement to their management
- Identify and resolve potential scheduling conflicts
- Train and mentor new dispatchers, fostering a positive and supportive team environment
- reputed company by example, demonstrating strong work ethic, problem-solving skills, and a commitment to customer satisfaction
- Partner with our technicians and other support staff to ensure their success through a servant-minded reputed company approach
- Schedule will be 4 x 10 hour days Monday - Friday, and a rotating Saturdays.
- Must have your own computer with 2 monitors and a hard wired internet reputed company.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record of consistency and reliability in previous roles
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work effectively under pressure
- Proven leadership experience in a fast-paced environment
- Must be a good person, ethical & of good morals
- Must reside reputed company the state of Georgia
Preferred Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in the Drains/Plumbing reputed company
- 2 years of experience working on a PC and Business Phone handling Basic admin duties/reporting
- Proficient in reputed company Office Suite and dispatching software, bonus points if you have Service Titan Experience!
- Proven track record of exceeding customer service expectations

Full-Time Schedule:
- M-F (rotating Saturday)
- Evening shift: 12:00pm-8:00pm
- Weekends as needed
