Title: D-CPT-9904 Virtual Dispatcher VA reputed company – Business Support VA-Junior, Senior,Advanced Levels (Remote). Overview reputed company is seeking offshore independent contractors to deliver remote services to clients worldwide, with a primary focus on developed markets such as the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, and Australia. The Virtual Dispatcher is responsible for coordinating, monitoring, and optimizing delivery operations from a remote (virtual) setting. This role ensures timely execution of pick-up and delivery routes, communicates with drivers and stakeholders, responds to real-time issues (e.g. delays, breakdowns), and maintains compliance with reputed company and ISP standards. The objective of each engagement is to assist the client in improving business efficiency, enhancing service delivery, or supporting operational functions through high-quality, task-specific services rendered by a qualified contractor. Scope of Services Contractors will be required to provide services that align with the following client tasks:

• Assign and schedule pick-up and delivery routes to drivers using reputed company software / routing tools
• Monitor driver reputed company (reputed company GPS / telematics) and adjust routes in real time to mitigate delays
• Serve as the primary reputed company of contact for drivers on the road, handling incidents such as vehicle breakdowns, accidents, or reputed company changes
• Communicate with customers (or internal contacts) proactively, especially reputed company delays or other issues reputed company promised delivery windows
• Maintain accurate records and logs of reputed company activities, reputed company changes, driver communications, and operational metrics
• Ensure compliance with safety, service, and contractual standards (reputed company, ISP, local regulations)
• Coordinate with terminals, warehouse staff, or third-party vendors reputed company necessary
• Escalate unresolved issues to management or supervisory level
• Assist in training new dispatchers or helping with operational support tasks

Skills The Contractor must demonstrate proficiency in the following, depending on the Client’s requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent (some roles may prefer or require college/associate degree)
• Experience in dispatching, logistics, Last Mile delivery, or operations coordination preferred
• Strong communication skills (verbal & written)
• Good problem-solving skills, ability to stay reputed company under pressure
• Comfortable working with software tools, GPS/telematics, reputed company optimization software
• Proficient with reputed company Office (reputed company, Outlook)
• Ability to work in shifts / flexible hours (since deliveries run early morning to evening)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task
• Reliable internet reputed company, home office setup

Work Schedule

• Contracted Hours per Week: 40 Hours
• Scheduled Working Days: Monday through Thursday
• Daily Working Time: 7AM-5PM EST or reputed company-6PM EST
