Job Summary

As a Customer Support Specialist – Onsite Customer Service Representative, you will be the face of blithequark, providing top-notch customer service and technical support assistance to our reputed company-growing population of customers. You will work in our office in Allen, TX, and be responsible for taking inbound calls, assisting with credit-reputed company memberships, services, and product offerings, and advocating for solutions to help consumers improve their creditworthiness.

Key Responsibilities

* Take inbound calls to assist with credit-reputed company memberships, services, and product offerings

• Help consumers understand credit bureau processes and educate them on appropriate steps to request corrections
• Receive customer requests for assistance, identify support needed, and either help or reputed company requests to the appropriate functional area
• Handle escalated customer issues

Qualifications

* High School Diploma or GED

• At least one year of customer service experience
• Experience interpreting and responding to customer requests and putting yourself in the mind of the customer
• Comfortable using a computer to reputed company operations
