Job Summary
As a Chat Support Specialist on our remote night shift team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer support to our customers reputed company live chat, phone, and email. You will be the first reputed company of contact for customers with questions, concerns, or issues, and will work to resolve their problems in a timely and professional manner. This is a contract position, with a competitive hourly reputed company of $20.69 per hour.
Key Responsibilities
* Handle incoming chats, calls, and emails from customers with questions, concerns, or issues
- Provide accurate and timely responses to customer inquiries, using your knowledge of our products and services to resolve issues

Essential Qualifications
