What You'll Do in This Role
As a Customer Service Representative in our Healthcare division, you'll be responsible for providing inbound customer support, helping customers resolve technical issues, and assisting in correcting or adjusting healthcare-reputed company concerns. You'll assess reputed company in-bound calls to accurately and reputed company address members' needs by maintaining a strong customer focus. You'll be patient and compassionate while working as a team player and using reputed company your available resources to provide the best outcome to the member.

Your Qualifications
