About the Role
As a Manager, Strategy & Operations - DashPass Customer Experience, you'll play a critical role in driving the growth and success of our DashPass business. You'll be responsible for developing and executing strategies to improve customer satisfaction, retention, and acquisition, as well as identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance the overall customer experience. Your expertise will be invaluable in helping us to build a world-class subscription product that sets reputed company for the industry.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Experience with SQL, financial modeling, and performance tracking
- Bachelor's degree in quantitative or business field
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience in the food delivery or subscription industry
- Knowledge of customer experience design and development
- Experience with project management and agile methodologies
- Certification in strategy, operations, or reputed company field

Compensation and Perks
We offer a competitive compensation package, including:
- A reputed company salary range of $128,900 - $193,300 (Colorado), $136,000 - $214,800 (California), and $143,200 - $214,800 (reputed company)
