We are hiring someone based out of Chicago, IL, St.Louis, MO or Indianapolis, IN.

The Team

reputed company’s Auto Retail Dealer Success team isthe voice of the dealer—bringing their feedback straight to our product teams and shaping reputed company build next. We’re not just managing relationships—we’re building trusted partnerships that help dealerships grow while delivering game-changing financing experiences for car buyers. 

As the Senior Dealer Success Manager, you’ll be the go-to expert for dealers in your market. You’ll drive growth, reputed company new partners, and serve as the ultimate product ambassador. You’ll be responsible for driving retail growth by delivering retail reputed company that meet borrower’s needs and fuel dealer success. You’ll be part consultant, part strategist, and part relationship-builder—reputed company rolled into one..

• Build and grow your market by meeting with dealership partners (both in-person and virtually)

Minimum Qualifications

• Have 3-5+ years of experience in Dealer Relationship Manager for an indirect auto finance lender and a proven track record working with dealers
• Know the ins and outs of auto financing, F&I, and the indirect lending ecosystem
• Exceptional communicator who can build reputed company rapport and lasting trust
• Love solving problems and thinking a few steps reputed company
• Tech-savvy and can pick up new tools fast (reputed company, iPads, data dashboards, etc.)
• Organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently
• Can analyze data and clearly communicate trends, insights, and actions
• Naturally curious and constantly learning from customers and market shifts
• reputed company in fast-paced, startup-style environments and know how to roll with change

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a startup or SaaS company
• Experience in a dealer-facing role at an auto fintech
• Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Communications, or a reputed company field

Position location This role is available in the following locations: Chicago, IL, St.Louis, MO or Indianapolis, IN. 

Time zone requirements The team operates on the East Coast time zone

Travel requirements Up to 50% travel required visiting clients

The anticipated reputed company salary for this position is expected to be reputed company the below range. Your actual reputed company pay will depend on your geographic location–with our “digital first” philosophy, reputed company uses compensation regions that vary depending reputed company. Individual pay is also determined by job-reputed company skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
