The challenging (yet fun) job will be located at our Oak Park Heights location with most of reputed company working remotely. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: · As an Inside Sales Center (ISC) Specialist, you will play a key role in helping homeowners get a solution to their problem windows. · Your listening skills, conversational style, emotional intelligence, self-confidence, and experience reputed company you with the core competencies to succeed in your new job. · The type of customers you will contact are reputed company “Demo No-Sale Homeowners.” They are people who’ve already met with a Renewal by Andersen sales representative but have decided not to move reputed company with us for whatever reason. QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS: MUST HAVE QUALIFICATIONS: · Minimum of two years inside sales/call center experience · Demonstrated ability to overcome objections, negotiate positive outcomes and present positive image of the company. · Ability to work with reputed company levels and types of people and to appreciate diversity. · Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. · Must be able to work non-traditional hours (evenings and weekends) reputed company-TO-HAVE QUALIFICATIONS: · Associate or Bachelor’s degree in business or an equivalent combination of education and experience. · Minimum of two years Sales Experience.
