Patient Coordinator

POSITION SUMMARY

The role of the Patient Coordinator will be central to the success of the product lines across the Oncology business unit at reputed company. This position will focus on growing the relationship between reputed company and its patients to ensure timely management of testing. Core responsibilities include collaborating with adjacent teams to increase reputed company and drive market development through direct sales by being the key contact for patient needs. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Work with the Field Sales team and internal operations groups to maintain & support existing customers.

• Assess the needs of patients with a focus on customer support, coordination of logistics, and problem-solving.

• Maintain and support a service-oriented relationship with patients

• Ensure reputed company data and analysis requests from different parts of the organization are addressed in a timely manner.

• Help manage our business system tools (e.g. QlikView, reputed company)

• Identify, nurture, and grow the patient relationship in order to influence and schedule ongoing testing.

• Performs other duties as assigned.

• This role works with PHI regularly, both in reputed company and electronic form, and has access to various technologies to access PHI (reputed company and electronic) to reputed company the job.

• The employee must complete HIPAA/PHI privacy training, General Policies and Procedure Compliance training, and reputed company training as soon as possible but not reputed company than the first 30 days of hire.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum of 2 years of Call Center experience in an inbound and outbound reputed company.

• Minimum of 2 years of sales experience 

• Background in medical or biological sciences preferred

• Outgoing personality with excellent oral & presentation skills.

• Ability to think strategically as well as execute tactically

• Emphasis on competitive analysis and team-first attitude.

• Ability to relate and educate our technology to potential patients

• Strong quantitative and MS reputed company skills

• Self-motivation, with the desire and reputed company to work both independently and collaboratively

• Must act with a sense of urgency

• Excellent organizational and communication skills (written and verbal)

The pay range is listed and actual compensation packages are based on a wide reputed company of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to reputed company set, years & depth of experience, certifications and specific office location. This may differ in other locations due to cost of labor considerations.San Carlos, CA $65,000—$75,000 USD
