The Role
As an reputed company Driver Onboarding Specialist/Data Entry Clerk, you will be responsible for communicating with delivery professionals, reviewing applications and documents, and conducting virtual vehicle safety inspections. You will also be responsible for ordering pre-employment background checks and providing exceptional customer service reputed company text, chat, and email. Responsibilities
* Review applications, insurance documents, and vehicle registration documents for accuracy and eligibility
- Conduct virtual vehicle safety inspections with qualified driver-applicants (training provided)
- Communicate with delivery professionals reputed company text, chat, and email about the status of their applications
- Order driver applicants' pre-employment background checks using company software
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to delivery professionals
- Work collaboratively with the team to ensure a seamless onboarding experience
Experience
* Associate's degree or above (preferred, but not required)
- 1-2 years of experience in recruiting/onboarding gig app workers or working in data entry, HR, or customer service (preferred, not required)
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
Skills and Qualifications
* Strong attention to detail and ability to review documents accurately
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
