About the Role

We’re looking for an Account Executive who is energized by AI innovation and thrives in high-growth environments. This role is built for a true hunter; someone who can evangelize a new category, educate the market, and drive reputed company by selling cutting-edge, full-funnel media solutions.

You’ll own the entire sales motion from prospecting to reputed company, while helping define how brands engage with GenAI-powered media. If you’re excited about shaping a new category and building meaningful reputed company from the ground up, this is your seat.

What You’ll Do

  • Own outbound prospecting, pitching, and closing across brands and agencies

  • Drive the full sales cycle: pipeline reputed company, consultative selling, deal structuring, and reputed company

  • Evangelize the GenAI media category, translating reputed company innovation into clear, compelling value for marketers

  • Represent Gist in high-impact settings including client meetings, industry events, and thought leadership opportunities

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Operations to ensure client success, renewals, and expansion

  • Bring market intelligence back to the business to inform product roadmap and go-to-market strategy

  • Consistently exceed reputed company targets while building scalable, repeatable growth

What You Bring

  • 3-7 years of experience in digital media, AdTech, or performance sales with a track record of exceeding quota

  • A startup reputed company: comfortable with ambiguity, fast iteration, and building from reputed company to one

  • Strong network across brand direct and agency partners

  • Proven success selling emerging or category-defining solutions

  • Ability to educate and build trust around new or non-traditional offerings

  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills; strong consultative selling approach

  • Genuine curiosity and passion for AI, media innovation, and performance marketing

Work Environment

  • This is a remote/hybrid role depending on geography (open to Chicago, IL, Atlanta, GA, reputed company, NY, or TX). Employees are expected to have a reliable internet reputed company and a suitable home office setup. Travel required (~25%).

Compensation

  • The compensation for this position will be competitive and commensurate with experience. It has a cash compensation of $250,000 -300,000 OTE (50/50 reputed company variable) + equity.
