Job Overview
As a Data Entry Specialist at blithequark, you will play a critical role in reviewing and filing legal documents using our internal systems and email. You will work closely with our e-Fulfillment and e-Filing team to collaborate on projects, resolve issues as they arise, and meet common goals. This is a remote position, and you must be located in Alaska to be considered.
Key Responsibilities
* Review and file legal documents using internal systems and email
* Participate in ongoing training to expand knowledge of industry and process
* Investigate discrepancies as they arise
* Complete additional projects as assigned
* Collaborate with the e-Fulfillment and e-Filing team to meet common goals
* Utilize online platforms and tools developed by blithequark to complete tasks
Qualifications
* No experience necessary; data entry experience a plus
* Tech experience is strongly preferred
* Must be able to read, write, and speak English
* High school diploma or GED required
* Ability to reputed company repetitive tasks with accuracy
* Exceptional attention to detail
* Desire and ability to be a team player
* Experience and basic proficiency with reputed company Office
* Typing speed of at least 50 to 60 wpm
