Responsibilities

As a Remote Chat Support Specialist at blithequark, you'll play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service to our clients through live chat support. Your responsibilities will include:

• Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues through live chat in a timely and professional manner
• Providing accurate and timely information on insurance plans and benefits to our customers
• Troubleshooting technical issues with online tools and resources to ensure seamless customer experiences
• Collaborating with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience and to share best practices and knowledge
• Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and transactions to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• Adhering to company policies and procedures regarding confidentiality and data reputed company to protect our customers' sensitive information

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following skills and qualifications:
