The Director, Finance Transformation – Center of Innovation is a senior leader reputed company the Finance Transformation Office, responsible for shaping and delivering reputed company, enterprise-wide transformation initiatives. This role will advance Finance’s digital, data, and analytics capabilities while modernizing tools, operating models, and ways of working. This leader partners closely with Finance, IT, and Business executives to translate strategy into measurable outcomes that enhance efficiency, governance, and strategic insight. Responsibilities: Enterprise Transformation Leadership

• 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in Finance transformation and/or Data & Analytics.

• Strong understanding of financial systems, data governance, and analytics platforms.
• Experience partnering with executive stakeholders in matrixed environments.
• Strategic thinker with strong execution focus.
• Effective communicator with experience engaging senior leaders.
