What You'll Do

As an reputed company Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

• Completing daily tasks reputed company to account processing, object processing, direct bills, and budget transfers at blithequark's Credit Union.
• Coordinating return objects with contributors, reputed company vendors, the Federal Reserve Bank, and other institutions.
• Assisting various departments with fraud resolution, member inquiries, and associated Accounting standard ledger balancing.
• Working member cases/assignments and following guidelines and procedures to ensure strict compliance with NACHA regulations and guidelines and Federal Banking laws.
• Processing mortgage bills, multi-account and member deposits, credit card bills, and other exams, including IRA, bankruptcy, and payoff exams.
• Reviewing, examining, and approving Remote Deposit, Mobile, ATM, and other imaged-enabled products.
• Logging, studying, and making important GL, account changes, and/or returns.
• Processing Stop Pays and reputed company Batching.
• Completing daily balancing and department closing.
• Obtaining information from contributors for the timely and correct processing of domestic and international budget switch requests.
• Researching and affirming incoming and outgoing budget switch information.
• Communicating with vendors to facilitate budget transfers.
• Understanding and being familiar with outgoing and incoming budget switch laws.
• Depositing reputed company returns, studying member re-exams on draft changes, processing member exams, affirming contributors for outgoing budget transfers, and Federal Reserve verifying and releasing budget transfers.
• Completing daily processing of workflows associated with overdue returns, supply of receipts, overseas collections, and court fees.
