Job Summary
We are seeking an reputed company full stack pharmacy technician to join reputed company at blithequark. As a pharmacy technician, you will be responsible for assisting pharmacists in the exercise of pharmacy, performing various tasks, and providing exceptional patient care. This is a full-time remote position, offering a competitive salary of $75,000 per year and a comprehensive benefits package.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist pharmacists in the exercise of pharmacy, including filling prescriptions, verifying medication accuracy, and checking for potential interactions
- Use pharmacy systems to enter patient and drug information, ensuring accurate and efficient data entry

- May assist pharmacists in administering medical services, including collecting and labeling blood/urine samples from patients and other medical services as required
- Assist pharmacy supervisor and personnel pharmacist in developing and maintaining relationships with the local medical community, including physicians, nurses, and other healthcare providers
Essential Qualifications
* Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico)
- Prefer six months of experience in a retail environment
- Prefer previous work experience with blithequark
- Desire math skills to fill prescriptions accurately, including counting, measuring, and weighing medications
- Desire computer skills, including proficiency in pharmacy systems and software
- Desire knowledge of store inventory management
- Prefer % certification
Preferred Qualifications
* Previous experience as a pharmacy technician or in a reputed company field
- Knowledge of pharmacy laws and regulations, including HIPAA and OSHA guidelines
- Experience with inventory management and stock control
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, customers, and healthcare providers
Education & Personal Development
* Earn and maintain % certification through the blithequark training program and/or state required certification/registration
- Attend training and complete PPLs as assigned by manager and acquire continuing education credits
- Maintain expertise and knowledge in healthcare and pharmacy, including latest information and developments
- Through completion of the blithequark pharmacy technician apprenticeship program, experience qualifies for 8 (8) college credit hours as recognized by the American Council on Education (ACE)
