As a Remote Licensed Customer Service Representative, you'll play a critical role in supporting one of the largest insurance providers in the U.S. You'll be responsible for receiving, reviewing, and processing calls regarding customer's insurance policies, providing exceptional service, and resolving reputed company issues with reputed company and professionalism. Key Responsibilities:
* Receive and process inbound calls regarding customer's insurance policies
- Review and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information on policy coverage, billing, and modifications
- Utilize system tools to search for answers and information, and navigate computer systems/data systems to resolve customer issues

Essential Qualifications:

- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must reside in Utah to be considered for this role
- Preferred 6 months to 1 year of relevant work experience in customer service or a reputed company field
