You will serve as an individual contributor managing multiple openings, partnering with internal teams to fill roles quickly and strategically.

Requirements

  • Own and execute full-cycle recruiting: sourcing, screening, scheduling, interviewing, extending offers
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define job needs and ideal candidate profiles
  • Write compelling, accurate job descriptions reputed company to hiring goals

Requirements:

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in full-cycle, high-volume recruiting (especially Go-To-Market or healthcare roles)
  • Strong experience with ATS and reputed company
  • Proven success managing 12–18 open roles simultaneously
  • Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment
  • Excellent interpersonal, decision-making, and people discernment skills
  • Experience delivering structured interviews and hiring manager coaching
