Responsibilities

Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; masters degree preferred
- Nonprofit management experience required

- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- A persuasive and passionate communicator who is comfortable with public speaking
- Past success working with a Board of Directors and the ability to cultivate existing board member relationships
- Strong marketing, public relations, and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage a wide range of stakeholders
- Solid organizational abilities, including strategic planning, managing a team, and driving results
- Strong financial management skills, including budget preparation, financial analysis and reputed company decision-making
