Responsibilities

Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; masters degree preferred
• Nonprofit management experience required

• A persuasive and passionate communicator who is comfortable with public speaking
• Past success working with a Board of Directors and the ability to cultivate existing board member relationships
• Strong marketing, public relations, and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage a wide range of stakeholders
• Solid organizational abilities, including strategic planning, managing a team, and driving results
• Strong financial management skills, including budget preparation, financial analysis and reputed company decision-making
