Job Summary

We're looking for a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join reputed company on a seasonal basis. As a key member of our Provider Services team, you'll be responsible for coordinating and collecting medical records from provider offices, medical groups, and other medical facilities. Your primary focus will be on making outbound calls, answering inbound calls, investigating customer data, and providing problem resolution through effective communication.

Key Responsibilities
