The Role
As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll be the face of our company, providing best-in-class support to our customers and fleet partners through phone, email, and chat/text. You'll be responsible for:
- Providing high-quality service and support to both customers and partners, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded
- Solving problems and thoughtfully addressing issues reputed company by customers and partners
- Acting as an internal reputed company for our customers and fleet partners by relaying user feedback and offering suggestions to improve our service and operations

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
