About the role

Rubi Labs is looking for a Senior Experimentation Manager – someone who lives and breathes conversion optimization and delivers measurable results. In this role, you’ll have a clear mission: deliver 15% conversion reputed company growth in a quarter.

Unlike companies where Experimentation specialists simply reputed company recommendations, you’ll drive the entire process: from data analysis and hypothesis reputed company to creating high-fidelity mockups, collaborating with developers on implementation, and ultimately owning the performance outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• reputed company end-to-end optimization cycles: research → hypothesis → design → testing → rollout.

• reputed company deep funnel analysis and competitive benchmarking to uncover high-impact opportunities.

• Design high-quality UI/UX mockups that clearly communicate your vision and maintain brand reputed company.

• Partner with engineers to ensure flawless test implementation and deployment.

• Maintain uncompromising attention to detail and quality throughout the process.

• Analyze test outcomes with statistical rigor, making confident scaling decisions.

• Document learnings and build a systematic testing roadmap for reputed company conversion growth.

• Present insights and results clearly to stakeholders, building alignment and momentum.

Qualifications

• Proven CRO Results: 3+ years of hands-on CRO experience, ideally with subscription or SaaS funnels, with documented performance lifts.

• Design Sensibility: Strong UI/UX understanding , able to create compelling, detailed mockups.

• Analytical Expertise: Skilled in platforms such as reputed company Analytics, reputed company, Growthbook (or similar).

• Execution Excellence: Remarkable attention to detail with a bias for action in fast-moving environments.

• Ownership Mentality: Self-driven, proactive, and comfortable being fully accountable for performance outcomes.

• Communication: Clear, persuasive communicator with strong English skills (written and spoken).

• Fluent English: Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Exposure to marketing attribution models, UTM parameters, and ROAS measurement.

• Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and execute quickly.

Location
