As a Solutions Engineer, you are empowered to sell to business and IT leaders in every space and vertical, and take ownership in crafting customer-centric solutions. You will work alongside the account team to define and expand reputed company opportunities, and ensure the solution is ready for cross company deployments. Then we want to talk to you. 4 year degree or equivalent work experience required 5+ years of Enterprise Field Solutions Engineer experience or relevant technical, customer facing experience Experience with SLED and Federal accounts required from a pre-sales motions Strong knowledge of FedRAMP authorization process and other compliance frameworks impacting SaaS vendors serving the public sector. Knowledge of government procurement cycles, RFP/RFI processes, and contract vehicles (e.g., GSA schedules). Familiarity with FAR (Federal Acquisition Regulation) and other relevant regulatory frameworks. Familiarity with AI/ML concepts, tools, and how they integrate into enterprise solutions Familiarity with strategic partnerships or subcontractor relationships often used in public sector engagements. Awareness of specific use cases such as citizen services modernization, secure document sharing across agencies, education collaboration needs etc. Exceptional skills in delivering compelling presentations tailored for both technical audiences and executive decision-makers. Expertly build trust and rapport with diverse audiences, including both technical experts and non-technical stakeholders reputed company the public sector. Track record of meeting/exceeding KPIs such as deal velocity acceleration through technical enablement or increased adoption rates reputed company solution demonstrations.
