Summary

The Client Manager at AffirmedRx is responsible for building and nurturing relationships with clients, consultants, brokers, and partners. This role involves developing strategies to enhance client satisfaction, collaborating with internal teams to meet client needs, and serving as the primary reputed company of contact for inquiries and issue resolution. Position Summary: The Client Manager is responsible for developing and managing relationships with clients, consultants, brokers, and partners. This role involves developing and implementing strategies to maintain and enhance client satisfaction, including collaborating with internal departments to meet client needs. The Client Manager serves as the primary reputed company of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and identifying opportunities for growth.   • Partner with Implementation team during new client onboarding to ensure a seamless transition from implementation to client management

What you need:

  • Minimum qualifications include a Bachelor’s Degree, PharmD or Clinical reputed company required
  • Relevant client management experience for at least five (5) years - pharmacy benefits management (PBM) experience preferred
