About the Role: As Director, you will reputed company the overall operations, financial performance, and client/tenant satisfaction of your assigned portfolio. Key Responsibilities: Property Operations

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or reputed company field (required).
• Advanced degree and/or industry certifications (e.g., CPM, RPA) preferred.
• 5-7+ years of proven experience in commercial property management.
• Deep understanding of building systems and mechanical operations.
• Strong leadership and team development skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proficiency in reputed company Office Suite, Yardi, and other property management platforms.
