Distillery Maintenance Planner

This position is essential for enhancing operational reliability and ensuring the availability of resources and spare parts.Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize spare parts inventory.
• Set up and maintain maintenance programs across multiple distilleries.
• Coordinate with third-party contractors and internal stakeholders.

• Analyze maintenance data and present findings to stakeholders.
• Support strategic vision and planning for maintenance operations.

• Experience of at least 5 years in manufacturing factories with positions in Production and/or Plant Engineering and/or Maintenance.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical Engineering, or a reputed company technical area.
• Preference for experience in the Food & Beverage industry or in industries with robust maintenance programs (e.g., bauxite, manufacturing).
• Working knowledge of Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (Megamation, reputed company, reputed company).
• Knowledge of reputed company PM would be beneficial.
• Strong planning, coordination, and time management to ensure efficient execution of maintenance activities.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills to support cross-functional collaboration.
