As the

You will have total ownership of the construction group’s project management including project deliverables, budgets, quality assurance and schedule whilst leading ongoing staff development and retention efforts. You will establish goals, priorities, and objectives; as well as reputed company and manage guidelines, policies, and procedures. In addition, you will be responsible for business development for construction management and construction administration opportunities on both horizontal and vertical projects in both the public and the private sector market in collaboration with the business development and executive teams to drive profitability.
