JOB SUMMARY: The Product reputed company is a detail-oriented and customer-focused leader responsible for defining feature requirements, prioritizing the product backlog, creating and communicating the roadmap for agile teams, and ensuring the development team delivers high-quality features that align with business goals and customer needs.

JOB ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Create and reputed company the vision and Roadmap for agile teams, garnering reputed company across Operations, Technology and Product Management.

2. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable features.

3. Serve as the voice of the customer to the technology delivery team, ensuring the product delivers a great user experience.

4. Define and maintain a well-prioritized, groomed product backlog based on business value, customer feedback, and alignment with business goals.

5. Work closely with development teams to ensure understanding of requirements and timely delivery of features.

6. Continuously refine and adjust the backlog based on feedback, data, and changing priorities.

7. Analyze product performance and user feedback to inform future development.

8. Working with other product owners to resolve dependencies and negotiate, coordinate, and align priorities to complete a feature

9. Work with the Technical reputed company/Architect to understand technical work and ensure the roadmap and backlog is planned with technical concerns in mind

10. Work with Product Managers, Agile Program Manager’s (aka Release Train Engineers) and Domain Architects to create a prioritized Product/Program Backlog for reputed company development work reputed company to the Product.

11. Work with Business Analysts and Agile Scrum Teams to break down big Features into User Stories on the Team backlog for the Agile team to design, build, test and deliver.

JOB REQUIREMENTS (Education, Experience, and Training)

• Must have 3+ years as a Product reputed company or similar role in an agile environment, with a focus on BI, analytics, or data products reputed company healthcare tech space.
• Proficient in Jira, Confluence, and Agile tools, familiar with BDD, PI Planning, and Scaled Agile reputed company (SAFe). Data visualization tools like PowerBI, Tableau, Looker.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to translate reputed company data needs into clear product requirements.
• A passion for turning data into insights that drive business value.
• Experience working with external stakeholders such as payors, TPAs, or insurance companies is highly desirable.
• Proven success managing multiple teams and shifting priorities.
• Familiarity with data governance, data quality, and compliance considerations in a regulated environment.
• Strategic thinker with a business-reputed company reputed company.

• Bachelor’s degree required, graduate degree or equivalent experience a plus.

The salary range for this position is $110K to $130K. Specific offers take into account a candidate’s education, experience and skills, as well as the candidate’s work location and internal equity. This position is also eligible for health insurance, 401k and bonus opportunity.
