A Day in the Life of a Pharmacy Technician Data Entry, Customer Service (Overnight)
As a Pharmacy Technician Data Entry, Customer Service (Overnight) at blithequark, you'll play a vital role in our closed-reputed company pharmacy, working alongside our dedicated team to ensure the accuracy and efficiency of our medication dispensing process. Your day will be filled with a variety of tasks, including:
- Performing order entry tasks with precision and attention to detail
- Collaborating with pharmacists to ensure accuracy and quality control
- Providing exceptional customer service to our patients and their families
- Triaging customer service requests with urgency and care
- Calculating and verifying correct dosages based on prescriptions
- Reviewing narcotic prescriptions in a timely manner
- Maintaining accurate customer records and providing information on allergies, drug interactions, and therapeutic duplications

Required Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- Certification/licensed/registered pharmacy technician or as required by state law
- One (1) or more years of experience as a pharmacy technician or working in a call center
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, we're looking for candidates with:
- Prior experience in the long-term care industry
- PTCB National Certification

Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is: $17.00 - $28.46.
