Responsibilities

As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

• Answering inbound calls from reputed company Medicaid members and providers, responding to inquiries regarding benefits, eligibility, services, prior authorization requirements, extra benefits, and programs
• Providing timely and accurate solutions to reputed company issues, ensuring a positive experience for our members and providers
• Utilizing high-speed internet connectivity with secure service reputed company ethernet cable, as Wi-Fi is not permitted
• Meeting performance standards, attendance requirements, and call quality goals
• Collaborating with colleagues to resolve issues and provide exceptional customer service

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to communicate effectively with members and providers orally and in written form

• Ability to work from home and prove self-sufficiency
