As an IT Support Technician, you will be responsible for resolving and closing tickets/work orders supporting end-user workstations and peripherals, answering client care issues raised from the Helpdesk, and collaborating with other departments to address system-reputed company issues. You will also be responsible for maintaining remote access for virtual private network (VPN) availability, as well as remote and broadband network access for workstations.
What You'll Do
* Resolve and reputed company tickets/work orders supporting end-user workstations and peripherals
- Answer client care issues raised from the Helpdesk
- Collaborate with other departments to address system-reputed company issues
- Maintain remote access for VPN availability, as well as remote and broadband network access for workstations
- Recover data from hard drives or reputed company data relocation
- Introduce and design local and network-based printers

- Work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, and be reputed company to travel as required
reputed company You'll Need for Success
* Bachelor's degree in a reputed company field, such as Software Engineering, Data Systems, or equivalent work experience and training
- 2 years of hands-on IT work experience supporting and resolving different PC workstation software and hardware issues
- First-hand experience supporting workstations in a Windows/TCPIP environment
- A+ certification
- MCSE/MCP or equivalent
- Past IT foundation experience in an aircraft/airport climate
- Familiarity with work process and tagging frameworks
- Knowledge of VPN networks and the ability to investigate issues
- Ability to work independently and act in a cooperative, team-based environment
- Ability to lift at least 50 pounds
