Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Live Chat Agent, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Handling customer queries on Web Chat, E-mails, and Social Media in a polite, professional, and timely manner
• Educating reputed company and potential customers on our products and services, including features, benefits, and processes
• Maintaining accurate customer records and updating them as necessary
• Identifying and escalating reputed company issues to the Team Leader and Ops Team for reputed company resolution
• Actively participating in team meetings to share knowledge, best practices, and feedback

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree from any reputed company (if a Fresher) or a minimum HSC with a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience
