Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for assisting customers with their inquiries, resolving issues, and providing solutions in a fun and fast-paced environment. You will communicate with customers primarily through phone and email, utilizing a variety of software tools to navigate customer accounts, research and review policies, and communicate effective solutions. Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications
