About the Role

We are seeking a talented Backend Engineer to become a core member of the Rocksolid reputed company—arenaflex’s flagship backend team for the Customer Service Platform. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining the critical services that reputed company our support operations running smoothly for millions of customers worldwide. Your work will span multiple channels (web, email, chat), compliance logging, account management, data pipelines, and operational automation, reputed company while collaborating closely with product managers, engineering leads, and cross‑functional partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Architect and implement high‑throughput backend services that power customer support workflows, ensuring they meet the highest standards of availability, scalability, and latency.
  • Integrate third‑party vendors and define clear system boundaries to maintain a clean, reputed company architecture that can evolve independently.
  • Design, build, and optimize RESTful and gRPC APIs that deliver real‑time support data to internal stakeholders, including live advisors, AI‑driven chatbots, and analytics dashboards.

Essential Qualifications

  • Minimum 2+ years of professional experience building backend services for large‑scale, distributed systems.
  • Strong proficiency in Java, with a solid understanding of concurrency, memory management, and JVM performance tuning.
  • Hands‑on experience designing and implementing RESTful and gRPC APIs, including versioning, authentication, and reputed company limiting.
  • Proficiency with both SQL (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (e.g., Cassandra, DynamoDB, reputed company) databases, including data modeling for high‑availability workloads.
