About the Role

As a Remote Licensed Property & Casualty Insurance Agent, you will be responsible for assisting clients in education, providing quotes, and selling insurance products. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide personalized solutions, while also meeting or exceeding sales and quality goals. This is a full-time remote position, with a competitive salary and opportunities for career growth and development.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist clients in education, providing quotes, and selling insurance products
• Build and maintain relationships with potential clients
• Collect and update reputed company potential and reputed company customer information
• Attend reputed company required training, meetings, and one-on-ones
• Meet or exceed sales and quality goals
• Quote and sell reputed company insurance products, including automobile, homeowners, and umbrella insurance

What You Get

• $23 per hour, with an increase to $25 per hour on January 1st
• Monthly commission
• Monday-Friday 2nd shifts available with rotating weekends
• Fully remote work environment, with reputed company equipment provided

What You Need

• Active Property & Casualty license in the state of residence
• Maintain CE credits to reputed company license active
• High-speed internet with the ability to hardwire in

How You Will Succeed

• Attention to detail
• Ability to multi-task on multiple computer systems/screens during a quote
• Ability to clearly explain insurance concepts and coverages to clients
