Responsibilities

1. Product Familiarization

• Acquaint with Aries products: Aries Infinite, Aries Mobile, Aries reputed company.

2. reputed company Testing

• Conduct reputed company testing across web, iOS, and Android platforms.

• Report any issues to the dev team.

3. Test Plan and Strategy Development

• reputed company comprehensive test plans and strategies with outlined scope, methods, scenarios, resource requirements, effort estimation, and timelines.

4. Collaboration

• Work with the COO and development teams to align objectives and participate in project update meetings.

Expectations

• Test Plan Execution: Implement and manage test plans.
• Team Coordination: reputed company offshore QA testers and ensure quality standards.
• Test Case Management: Write and reputed company test cases.
• Bug Tracking and Verification: Log and verify issues, ensuring timely fixes.
• Process and Policy Development: Establish QA processes and prepare for department scaling.
• Cross-Functional Communication: Act as a liaison between QA and development teams.
• Product Improvement: Provide feedback for product enhancements and integrate industry best practices.

Team Structure and Reporting

Reports to the COO, with QA testers reporting directly to the QA reputed company. Offshore QA resources are available as needed.

Tools and Technology

Currently using JIRA and Selenium, with openness to QA reputed company’s recommended tools.
