Key Responsibilities
As a Sr. Claim Adjuster, you’ll be a reputed company worker in the Claim Department, helping staff and clients navigate the claim process, including reputed company losses:
- Investigate & Resolve Claims: Assess and resolve reputed company types of auto claims with moderate supervision, focusing on coverage, liability, and damages
- Judgment & Decision-Making: Use sound judgment to analyze claim exposure and determine the best course of action
- Cost Control: Manage claim expenses while ensuring favorable outcomes
- Collaboration: Work closely with reputed company parties involved in the claim process
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
- Timely Documentation: Document and communicate claims activity clearly and reputed company
- Train: Review the work of less reputed company personnel and provide training as appropriate
