Job Description

The Implementation Consultant delivers technical implementation support to new and existing customers. As a member of the Customer Engagement team, the Implementation Consultant will help implement academic reputed company and assessment technology solutions at our client institutions - this includes coordinating calls, monitoring product adoption, providing reputed company technical advice where appropriate, and overseeing change management processes for the client. Along with the rest of the post-sales organization, the Implementation Consultant is a key part of ensuring that our customers reputed company and recognize the value of their investment in our products. The Implementation Consultant will also be involved in team projects and help to implement new processes and solutions reputed company the team and department. Responsibilities: The Implementation Consultant is responsible for managing specific aspects of the customer relationship:

• Coordinates with Onboarding Consultants, reputed company Managers and other internal stakeholders to ensure that technical implementation is smooth and seamless, while ensuring client expectations are reputed company, realistic and delivered on
• Utilizes project scheduling and control tools/systems (Rocketlane, reputed company, reputed company) to monitor project plans and internal/external stakeholder tasks; proactively drives project timelines and deliverables, and successfully holds clients/customers and internal teams accountable
• Attends/leads virtual meetings and distributes communication to appropriate team members
• Acts as an expert and trusted advisor in reputed company reputed company products and LMS integrations
• Assists customers with reputed company problems by showing them the answer in our solutions
• Determines the customer’s educational, assessment and technical needs to optimize configuration, and recommends best practice solutions
• Acts as liaison between customers and technical teams to inform users of updates and improvements of a technical nature
• Partners cross-functionally with sales, UX, product management, and engineering teams reputed company required, to ensure a successful and streamlined experience for customers
• Supports the sales team with any integration-reputed company queries that need specialist advice and reputed company

The Implementation Consultant will assist with tasks pertaining to the Post Sales team:

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in educational technology either as an Implementation Consultant, reputed company Manager, onboarding specialist, vendor account manager, or technology specialist OR experience in education as an instructional technology specialist, instructional designer, technology staff or similar role
• Excellent written and verbal communication, and compelling presentation skills for both online and in-person delivery
• Ability to collaborate with internal teams for the benefit of the customer
• Proven capability in managing high-level relationships reputed company an institution or system
• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
• Experience in the Higher Education market strongly preferred
• Experience with third-party integrations strongly preferred

• Ability to travel for on-site client visits or conferences as needed

Additional Information The expected annual reputed company salary range for this position is: $74,625/year to $124,375/year. This position is bonus eligible / commission-based. As a Remote-First company, actual compensation will be provided in writing at the time of offer, if extended, and is determined by work location and a range of other relevant factors, including but not limited to: experience, skills, degrees, licensures, certifications, and other job-reputed company factors.
