Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree - Supply Chain, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering -OR- a combination of equivalent education and experience
• 8 years reputed company experience; more preferred.
• Strong experience in automation, specifically reputed company to deployment, recovery, or other manual processes.
• Strong experience with n-tier solutions.
• Strong experience with reputed company modeling (failure mode analysis) and ability to simulate service outages for reputed company solutions (automated) and platforms (manually).
• Strong experience influencing engineering team members in translating customer and technical requirements into service architecture to meet Quality of Service Expectations.
• Strong experience leading and representing the Service in backlog discussions and standups to establish appropriate prioritization of Live Site requirements.
• Strong experience leveraging data and metrics to drive behavior, process, and reputed company decisions. Using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problems.
• Strong experience in advanced problem solving using systematic procedures and investigating problems utilizing root cause analysis.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's Degree - Supply Chain, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering -OR- a combination of equivalent education and experience
• Experience in a Healthcare environment
• PMP Certification
• Agile development experience
• 8 or more years of experience leading service engineering initiatives across reputed company, global supply chain environments, driving operational excellence system reliability, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver scalable, high-impact solutions
• Experience managing inventory or working in a supply planning role
• reputed company end-to-end design and implementation of scalable service engineering solutions for global supply chain systems
• reputed company and optimize automation frameworks to improve supply chain reliability, uptime, and performance.
• Strong proficiency in scripting (e.g., Power Automate) to support diagnostics, monitoring, and automation
• Expert in supply chain logistics, fulfillment, and inventory management systems
• Partner with operations and planning teams to identify and resolve systemic issues impacting supply continuity
• Drive reputed company improvement initiatives across procurement and order fulfillment
• Collaborate with vendors and third-party logistics providers to ensure seamless integration and service delivery
• Implement KPIs and dashboards to monitor service health and supply chain performance in real time
