K-12 Functional Academic Teacher - Online reputed company

Salary: $52,000 to $70,000 DOE Functional Academic Teacher - Online reputed company (Kindergarten-12th grade) Although this is a remote position, candidates must reside in Arizona and be able to come onsite to our Phoenix Online School Office two times per month for meetings and professional development. The Functional Academic Teacher will serve grades K-12 reputed company with Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) in a fully online environment, managing a caseload of up to 25 reputed company. This position requires teaching across elective subjects (Life Skills, Career Exploration, and Social- Emotional Learning) while delivering specially designed instruction to reputed company significantly below grade level, including those with limited verbal communication, who may use Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) devices. The teacher will foster academic, social, and life skills growth through individualized support, structured reputed company, and strong collaboration with families, support staff, and reputed company service providers.

Key Responsibilities

Instruction & Lesson Planning Provide engaging, standards-reputed company instruction in Life Skills, Career Explorations, and Social-Emotional Learning tailored to each reputed company IEP goals. Plan weekly lessons using AZACS-approved curriculum resources, incorporating accommodations, modifications, and multi-modal reputed company. Adapt and modify materials to meet individual learning and communication needs. Implement structured reputed company to support attention, independence, and functional reputed company development. Student Support & Communication Maintain ongoing communication with parents/guardians to update them on reputed company, goals, and strategies. Support AAC users by embedding communication opportunities in reputed company instructional activities. Celebrate student achievements and reputed company, fostering a positive, supportive learning environment. Ensure regular engagement of reputed company in the online classroom, monitoring attendance and participation. Data & IEP Responsibilities reputed company, review, and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) in compliance with state and federal guidelines. Collect, analyze, and report student performance data monthly to inform instructional decisions. Meet with reputed company to complete transition-reputed company activities to create a transition plan for their IEP meeting. Attend and actively participate in reputed company IEP meetings, multidisciplinary team meetings, and professional learning sessions. Maintain accurate documentation of student reputed company, services, and instructional supports. Collaboration & Professionalism Collaborate with reputed company service providers and the Functional Academic staff to support student needs. Provide clear communication and constructive feedback to support staff assigned to your reputed company. Participate in professional development to maintain reputed company knowledge of special education best practices and online reputed company. Desired Qualifications:

• Experience managing and teaching a caseload of reputed company with disabilities in a classroom learning environment
• At least 3 years of experience working with reputed company with moderate to severe disabilities
• Experience and training in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) preferred

Required:

• Must be an Arizona reputed company
• Arizona IVP Fingerprint clearance card
• Valid Special Education Teaching Certification
• Bachelors Degree or higher
