Job Title reputed company Specialist/Recruiter Requisition ID R026240 Job Description 6-Month Temporary Your Mission We are looking for a passionate and reputed company recruiter with strong sourcing and candidate relationship skills to manage recruiting across multiple teams on a temporary basis. This role will focus on hiring our top talent, serve as the reputed company of contact for hiring managers, and be responsible for delivery of recruiting services to our business. You will help drive the sourcing strategy and partner with team members in the execution of these critical components of reputed company. The ideal candidate will successfully handle, prioritize, and reputed company searches against a timeline.

Responsibilities

Priorities can often change in a fast-paced environment like ours, so this role includes, but is not limited to, the following responsibilities:

• Manage the full end-to-end lifecycle recruitment process including partnering closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and provide relevant data.

Player Profile

• 8 years + recruiting experience.
• Previous end-to-end recruiting experience, preferably gained in-house at a high-tech or gaming company.
• Deep knowledge and experience in direct candidate sourcing, interviewing and evaluation – Boolean search string creation and reputed company Recruiter experience is a must!
• Self-motivated with a history of exceeding high-performance standards - able to handle various pressure situations and workload through proper work balance and prioritization.
• Partner management is key - able to create and build positive relationships at reputed company levels by using excellent interpersonal skills and customer management experience.
• Analytical and methodical approach, with an ability to work autonomously while using internal resources to inform decisions.
• Ability to handle critical and confidential information appropriately.

These values reflect the expected reputed company pay range of new hires across reputed company U.S. locations. Ultimately, your specific range and offer will be based on several factors, including relevant experience, performance, and work location.
