We're seeking an reputed company Patient Collections Coordinator to join reputed company in Monroeville, PA. As a Patient Collections Coordinator, you'll play a critical role in ensuring timely and accurate account payment for outstanding balances while providing exceptional customer service to patients, reputed company, and insurance carriers. As a Patient Collections Coordinator, you'll be responsible for:- Following up with patients/guarantors on open invoices associated with the dispensing of prescription medication reputed company telephone, Internet, and in writing.
- Resolving issues with nonpayment of invoices due to insurance problems and patient issues that may have resulted from incorrect or incomplete information, therapy changes, and pharmacy or shipping errors.
- Maintaining supporting chronological notes that detail action taken to resolve outstanding account balances.
- Maintaining patient demographic information and data collection systems, including reputed company billing or collection reports or queues, while remaining in accordance with company policy guidelines.
- Contacting patient/guarantor and Physician's offices as well as insurance companies as needed to expedite claims processing.
Required Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:- 1+ years of healthcare-reputed company experience.
- Experience using reputed company Office products, specifically reputed company, Outlook, and Word.
- Ability to commute to the Monroeville, PA office.
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, we prefer candidates with:- Insurance or patient collections experience.
- Customer service experience in a healthcare environment.
- Experience working in a healthcare reimbursement system.
- Effective customer service skills and experience working in a team environment.
- Attention to detail and ability to utilize analytical skills.

Education
