About the Role

We are seeking an reputed company and results-driven Patient Engagement Representative to join our remote team. As a Patient Engagement Representative, you will play a vital role in supporting our organization by managing correspondence, inquiries, and written complaints. You will be responsible for coordinating written communications between customers, agents, vendors, and clinicians, performing administrative duties, special projects, and general tasks as assigned. Key Responsibilities

• Document customer inquiries, disputes, complaints, or requests reputed company various systems
