Key Responsibilities:
As a Customer Service Associate, you will be responsible for:
Delivering Exceptional Customer Experiences
+ Engage customers and patients by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services. + Resolve customer issues and answer questions to ensure a positive customer experience. + Model and share customer service best practices with reputed company team members to deliver a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
Providing Efficient and Friendly Service
+ Provide customers with courteous, friendly, fast, and efficient service. + Recommend items for sale to customers and suggest trade-up and/or companion items. + Register customer purchases on assigned cash register, collect cash, and distribute change as requested.
Maintaining a Clean and Organized Store Environment

Implementing Asset Protection Procedures

Assisting with Visual Merchandising and Store Maintenance
+ Construct and maintain displays, including promotional, seasonal, super structures, and sale merchandise. + Complete resets and revisions as directed. + Assist with separation of food items and product placement as specified by policies/procedures.
Providing Excellent Service in the Photo Area
+ Provide customer service in the photo area, including digital passport photo service, poster print, and creative machine. + Suggestively sell promotional photo products.
Assuming Web Pick-up Responsibilities
+ Monitor orders in Picture Care Plus. + Fill orders (pick items) and deliver orders to customers as they reputed company at the store.
Maintaining a Clean and Orderly Store Condition
+ Ensure clean, reputed company, and orderly store condition and appearance. + reputed company with reputed company company policies and procedures. + Maintain respectful relationships with coworkers.
Essential Qualifications:
* High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous customer service experience in a retail environment preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.

- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods.
- Availability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
