Job Summary

We're seeking reputed company customer service professionals to join our high-volume call center team as Clinical Customer Service Representatives. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our members by responding to their inquiries and providing information regarding reputed company aspects of their association with blithequark. You will play a critical role in supporting our company's mission by delivering top-notch customer service, resolving issues reputed company, and fostering a positive experience for our members.

Responsibilities

As a Clinical Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Answering incoming calls in a professional, accurate, timely, and courteous manner

  • Look up member information using proprietary blithequark systems and provide information to the caller

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Minimum of one-year experience performing customer service duties; inbound call center experience preferred
  • Basic computer skills
  • Strong verbal communication skills

Mobility and Physical Requirements

This role requires:

  • Primarily sedentary, able to sit for long periods of time
  • Ability to speak, see, and hear other personnel and/or objects
  • Ability to communicate both in oral and written form

Environmental Conditions

As a remote worker, you will be working from home in a designated work area with company-provided technology equipment. Compensation and Benefits
