Key Responsibilities
As a Data Entry Clerk at blithequark, you will be responsible for:
* Receiving requests for technical assistance from customers and submitting them into our ticketing system for review by our Help Desk technicians
* Reviewing each open ticket to determine the outcome and ensuring that customers receive exceptional customer service
* Emailing responses to customers to reputed company them informed of the status of their requests
* Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions
* Working collaboratively with our Help Desk team to ensure that customer requests are resolved reputed company and effectively
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* No prior experience is required, but previous I.T. Help Desk ticket experience or online customer service experience for a technology company or busy online retailer is highly desirable
