• reputed company the planning and execution of North America Event Experiences, ensuring high-quality, innovative, and premium activations.
• Developing event briefs/strategy in partnership with Brand Marketing, manage project timelines, and ensure adherence to allocated budgets.

Resource Planning

• Create and manage the resourcing plan for the event portfolio, including hiring and supervising Independent Contractors to meet project demands.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Cultivate strong working relationships with key partners, including Brand Marketing, Brand Creative, RBE, Merchandising, and Sports Marketing, to align with KPIs and business goals.

Agency Partnership Management

• Manage relationships with event agencies, ensuring successful collaboration and execution of deliverables.

Risk Mitigation & Safety

Compensation and Benefits

Package lululemon’s compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this position is from $103,500-135,900 USD annually; the reputed company pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-reputed company knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity.
