The Opportunity

As our first customer support representative, you'll have the unique opportunity to shape the future of our customer support team and processes. You'll be working closely with our development team to resolve customer issues, improve our app's features, and provide exceptional support to our merchants. You'll also have the chance to try your hand at other aspects of the business, potentially switching roles in the future if you're interested. Initiative is always welcome here, and we encourage you to carve your own path if it brings value to the company.

Key Responsibilities

As a customer support representative at blithequark, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Communicating with customers reputed company live chat, email, or phone, and resolving any problems they may have in a timely and professional manner.
  • Continuously learning about the features of our app and the broader Shopify ecosystem to reputed company understand our customers' needs and provide more effective support.
  • Summarizing product feedback from merchants and suggesting new ways to improve our app's features and functionality.
  • Performing non-CS reputed company tasks, such as researching tools, writing blog posts, making mockups, or assisting with other projects as needed.

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Superb written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate reputed company technical concepts in a clear and concise manner.
  • A passion for talking to people and solving their problems, with a strong customer service reputed company.
  • The ability to handle difficult customers (although we have reputed company few of those!).
  • Proficiency in discussing technical concepts at a high level, with a willingness to learn more about CSS, JS, and other technical topics as needed.

  • Any other skills that can be beneficial to a startup, such as marketing, SEO, video editing, or more.
